Shipping :: Insured priority shipping is $7.95 for the first item and $3.50 for each additional item. Each item is assembled by hand when your order comes in. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive. If you need your order by a specific date, just let me know and I'd be happy to make arrangements to meet your needs.
Returns :: Please contact me for a Return Authorization Number. Return the item unused in it's original box, in it's original, unaltered and undamaged condition with a copy of the invoice within 7 days of receipt and I'd be happy to credit you for the purchase price less shipping and handling fees.
Exchanges :: As a courtesy to my customers, I'd be glad to exchange any item for another item of the same value within 7 days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please contact me for a Return Authorization Number. Return the item unused in it's original box, in it's original, unaltered and undamaged condition with a copy of the invoice and specify which item you would like in exchange.
Repairs :: If repair is needed due to a manufacturing defect, I will repair the item free of charge when it is returned within 7 days of receipt. Please contact me for a Return Authorization Number, indicating the nature of the damage. If damage occurred during shipping, please keep the shipping carton and materials as the carrier may require it. Return the item with a copy of the invoice within 7 days of receipt. If damage occurred due to misuse or an accident, please contact me and I'd be glad to make arrangements to repair the item for a minimal fee plus shipping.
If I am not contacted within 7 days of receipt I will assume all items have arrived in acceptable condition. It is my sincere hope that my customers are completely happy with my products and services. I am always open to suggestions and welcome your comments!
